I’m sure I’ve mentioned before that my husband and I are in the process of working out and losing weight. As of yet I am down 10 pounds! Pretty exciting stuff right?
Well I’ve decided to include you all in that journey! Every Monday I’ll post a challenge.
For example: Do as many squats as you can in one minute and post in the comments your results.
In addition to this you are more than welcome to post your weight loss progress every other Monday. I’ll be posting too so don’t be shy. 🙂
